  • low-sodium soy sauce1 tbsp
  • toasted sesame oil1 tsp
  • water or low-sodium vegetable broth1/3 cup
  • cornstarch1 tsp (mixed with 2 tsp water)
  • Ginger Soy Milk1 cup (see below)
  • unsweetened soy milk1 cup
  • fresh ginger slices3
  • monk fruit sweetener or steviato taste (optional for the soy milk)

Steps
