- Bayleaf — 1
- Spinach, chopped — 40g
- Cashews (soaked) — 20g
- Lemon juice — 1 tbsp
- Fresh cilantro, chopped — 2 tbsp

Steps
- Rinse and cook quinoa in water (2:1 ratio) until fluffy. Set aside.
